We use to have a medium size business in California with an income of over 1 million a year, and then overnight we lost it all! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not bragging about the money, it was a true hell!. It was money in and money out and countless hours really making even a larger company even more money.

After we crashed and burned with nothing more than a U-Haul, $1500 cash, and our cat, we headed to Missouri. We now live in a little apartment, grow our own vegetables, hunt our own meat, and have the time to spend with our kids, which is something we should have been doing all along.

I have to say that we have never been happier as a family. I think people just really loose site of what is really important in life and I'm sure glad the world blew up on us, so that we could finally see the light!
